Cook Brothers Educational Fund: made grants to a variety of organizations and founded the three foundations above; Los Angeles, CA, 1973-1991.
Pacific Nonprofit Network: Founding President 1987-1990; has received funding from over 30 corporations and foundations, as well as over 150 nonprofit agency member organizations. Provides technical assistance for nonprofit pursuits in Oregon and Northern California on a budget approximating $200,000; Medford, OR, 1987-1990.
Crisis Intervention Services: President 1986-1988; human services agency that provides a 24 hour hot line, temporary shelter for abused women and their children, rape crisis counseling, and family counseling for at risk parents and their children on a $400,000 annual budget; Medford, OR; 1985-1988. (Now called Community Works)
TR-3 Industries: As Executive Vice President assisted in taking the company out of Chapter 11, raised $1.25 million private placement (when interest rates were 18%). Left in 1980. Brought back in 1981 to reorganize this automotive aftermarket chemical manufacturer; Orange, CA, 1979-1980 and 1981-1982.
